These are 2 separate products in fact as you could think. In CLS 767 Livery Expansion Pack, many liveries of commercial and cargo airlines will be included for both FSX and FS2004.
The MD87 Jetliner Expansion Pack needs the MD81/82 Jetliner base pack, to add the MD87 detailed model as well as 8 airlines liveries for use with FSX only.
